Gute Lage. Nähe Busstation. Schöne grosse Terrasse zum verweilen, Esstisch und Liegestühle standen zur Verfügung, mit traumhafter Sicht aufs Meer und nur ein paar Schritte zu Fuss zum Strand. Grosszügige Räume. Gut ausgestattete Küche, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Tumbler. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation in Englisch und Deutsch war super. Es hat rundum alles gepasst. Sehr gerne auf ein anderes Mal!!!

Das Rauschen der Wellen und der weite Blick auf das Meer – so nah – haben uns völlig entspannt. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die großzügige Terrasse. Von morgens bis abends ist es in Sonnenschein getaucht. 2 Markisen decken die Terrasse bei Bedarf komplett ab. Die Wohnung ist raffiniert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist modern und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, … Außerdem ist alles sehr sauber. mit anderen Worten ein TOPPER! Wir hatten bereits Heimweh, als wir die Tür hinter uns schlossen. Bitte beachten: Für Einkäufe, Restaurants und Ausflüge ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert (erforderlich). San Augustin ist ideal gelegen, um die Insel in alle Richtungen zu erkunden.

Stylish apartment. Very well equipped. The garden area was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful. A nice balcony with sea views, ideal for breakfast. We appreciated being able to check out later. This is a potentially very stylish property.

Travelled to Gran Canaria with my toddler and mother. Overall, we had a really lovely stay - very clean, well equipped apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony. The little beach directly below the apartment was really nice and safe for children. Lots of interesting wildlife. Great communication with the company managing the apartment. The complex was very quiet at night. Only slight downside was navigating the number of steps in the apartment complex with a buggy, although there are ramps too. Kept us fit anyway! Lots of food shops in the area but not many cafes/restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Thanks for a great stay!

What a wonderful apartment! Beach and pool are just a few steps away. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony, eating breakfast, lunch and dinner there while gazing out at the sea. The apartment itself was spotless and the communication with the host perfect.

Beautiful outlook over a natural beach. The sea is perfect for swimming with sand on the sea bed. There are similar beaches nearby with access from the coastal path (lots of steps). The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had lots of extras. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially if they wanted a quiet chilled holiday. We loved it. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for letting us stay until we needed to go to the airport. We loved your property. Thank you for making our holiday super.

Les instructions d’arrivée et de départ étaient très claires. Le logement est idéalement situé ; une plage quasi privée et peu fréquentée, avec une piscine dans la résidence. Le logement est très fonctionnel ; il y a tout pour se sentir chez soi jusque dans les menus détails (bouteilles d’eau à l’arrivée, fruits, ustensiles de cuisines etc.). Tout est de bonne qualité. L’appartement est décoré avec soin. La vue sur la plage est un des arguments fort de ce logement et ne laisse pas indifférent. Un grand parking est disponible pour se garer. C’est un logement dans lequel nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Wunderschönes Bungalow - top ausgestattet. Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung zu viert und zeitweise auch zu fünft sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man nur brauchen kann. In der Küche waren wir begeistert vom Induktionsherd und genialem Backofen-Mikrowellen-Kombinationsgerät. Es gab auch einen Mixer, Pürierstab, Toaster, verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Wasserkocher und natürlich eine Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie Staubsauger und Bügeleisen waren auch vorhanden. Nach einer Woche kam ein Reinigungsteam vorbei und brachte neue Handtücher ( auch für die Küche), WC-Papier , Tabs für die Spülmaschine etc. und hätte auch durchgeputzt, was aber für uns nicht nötig war. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön und auch der Pool wurde von unseren Kindern gerne genutzt. Nur die Parkmöglichkeiten waren begrenzt und manchmal kein Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, das Meer gut sehen und hören zu können. Zur Begrüßung standen Wasser und eine große Schale mit Obst bereit. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Empfangen wurden wir sehr freundlich von Benjamin, der uns alles zeigte. Bei Fragen reagierte die Agentur sehr schnell und freundlich auf deutsch. Mietautobuchung über cicar war auch sehr gut und problemlos. Herzlichen Dank Ihnen allen!

Das Apartment und die Lage sind perfekt! Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, praktischen Zugang zu 2 Stränden, kurze Distanz zu anderen Stränden, ein Minisupermarkt um die Ecke, gutes Klima. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, wurde nach 6 Tagen sogar geputzt, ruhige Nachbarn, toller, etwas frischer Pool. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.!

Wir haben dir Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und hat einfach funktioniert. Das Appartement ist, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Strand ist wunderschön und nicht überlaufen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt fußläufig erreichbar. Und mit dem Bus kann man sich einfach durch Gran Canaria bewegen (auch zum Flughafen) wir kommen gern wieder zurück.

Appartement calme et bien équipé. Très proche de la piscine et de la plage. Les équipements sont de marque et de qualité. Lave vaisselle machine et sèche linge tops. La petite plage est interdite aux chiens mais il y en a toujours et pas mal de nudistes aussi. Le supermarché est loin à pieds (20mn) mais à une station de bus et une supérette est juste au dessus de la résidence à 3mn si besoin. Accueil et services de qualité Tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit simple et reposant Barbara très agréable par messages et Luciano parfait pour l’accueil physique et la remise des clés.

Fantastic place to stay if you want to just kick back & relax.. lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, amazing sea views fantastic terrace.. Suited us family of 4 with 2 boys aged 12 & 14, they loved the sea jumping the waves, easy walk to local restaurants & supermarket.. Local residents very friendly too.. Great stay at this beautiful & clean apartment. The view was amazing and the sound of the sea therapeutic. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary facilities. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for some quiet time. The area around doesn’t have a lot to do but if you have a car you can go to different places. The contact with the host was good.

Geniale Wohnung aber keine Parkplätze. Die Ausstattung und die Nähe zum Meer war hervorragend. Wir konnten die grosse Terrasse jeden Tag in vollen Zügen geniessen. Der Innenraum ist stark klimatisiert, das heisst, es war eher kühl im Innenraum- dafür war die Schlafqualiät umso besser, da es nie zu heiss war.

Wir haben die Wohnung gemietet, weil wir sie vor zwei Jahren vor Ort entdeckt hatten und die Lage uns begeistert hat. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht: Matratzen gut, Küche gut ausgestattet, schöne Badezimmer, starkes WLAN, deutsche Sender und viele Dinge mehr.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt, perfekte Lage mit Blick über das Meer, direkt über kleinem Sandstrand, der Sandstrand geht ganz flach ins Wasser Wäre auch für kleine Kinder ideal, wenig Menschen am Strand, außer Meeresrauschen, alles ruhig. Espectacular y moderno Bungalow con todo lo necesario para disfrutar unos días en la Isla. El Bungalow está dentro de un recinto residencial con la piscina y el acceso a la playa casi "privada" al lado mismo. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, una tipo suite y la otra con dos camas individuales grandes, todas las camas muy cómodas. Los lavabos con duchas amplias y súper cómodos. La cocina y el comedor tiene todo los equipamientos necesarios y lo mejor son las vistas a la terraza y el mar de fondo. La terraza es la joya de la corona, espectacular terraza con vistas sobre el mar, donde podrás tomar el sol, cenar, tomarte algo...etc. con las olas del mar de fondo. Buen equipo de aire acondicionado. Bolsa y Toallas para la playa , también hamacas y sombrilla. Todo perfecto. El check-in muy bien con Rafa que nos explicó super bien y unos detalles de bienvenida. Súper recomendable.

Super séjour ! Vue sur la mer, appartement très agréable et bien équipé. Plage juste en bas, très pratique pour les enfants et piscine de la résidence agréable.
