This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. Been using Airbnb since it was created and this apartment was fantastic. Very good location with a sea view. We prefer locations away from the main strips of bars and restaurants so this was perfect. Apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped kitchen. Quality pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and appliances. Linen and towels were good quality. Will definitely recommend!

Andra året vi bor på Los Papagayos Apartments. Årets vistelse var fantastisk, boendet var perfekt och lägenheten var fullutrustat och hade en härlig utsikt. Vi kommer garanterat att återkomma till samma boende nästa år igen, oslagbart helt enkelt. Los Papagayos måste vara en av San Augustins bästa adresser, vi rekommenderar detta boende på alla sätt. Tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand. Shoppingcenter ist einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen und in der Nähe gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten zum Essen/Trinken. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut und die Wohnung war sehr sauber, mit ausreichend Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Lovely light, modern and well maintained apartment with a great balcony overlooking the beach. We’ll equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. Nice bed and shower. The apartment has a good location with easy access to beaches, good restaurants, shops and transport. Parking is easy and free right outside. Highly recommend.
