The villa consists of 2 double bedrooms, which have direct access to the garden through large windows. One of them has a double bed and the second one has 2 single beds. Par 4 Villa 8 is completed with two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso and a modern living room with access to the semi-covered terrace.

Par 4 Villa 8 is distributed on one floor and is ideal for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or have reduced mobility.

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

This was a really amazing villa for exploring Gran Canaria - very peaceful and with a lovely private pool. The villa was well equipped and any issues we encountered were solved immediately. We’d definitely stay again if returning!

Super villa exactement fidèle à la description arrivée flexible nous somme arriver le matin nous devions récupérer normalement la villa à 15h A 12h la villa étais déjà récupérable Arrivée sur place la villa étais sublime fidèle au photo tout étais très très propre et bien nettoyer Une femme nous a accueilli pour la remise des clée et les premières explication concernant le logement et la piscine Également un style de panier repas nous a été donnée ( jus,pain,café,beurre,jambon,eau…) Tout les matins au alentours de 5h30 un membre du personnel dépose du pain frais sur la poignée de la porte d’entrée de la villa que vous pouvez récupérer à votre réveille Nous nous sommes sentie comme chez nous la vue de la terrasse et magnifique avec les montagne derrière L’entrée de Salobre et sécurisé et la sortie également on ce sent en sécurité Un supermarché et sur le golf de Salobre si vous ne voulais pas trop sortir du complexe Nous recommandons sans hésiter Tout était parfait séjour inoubliable Merci pour votre accueil à notre arrivée également pour la flexibilité à notre arrivée sur l'île Votre villa et magnifique et nous nous sommes sentis chez nous Au plaisir d'un prochain voyage aux îles Canaries

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa was private, modern, well appointed and very clean. It’s situated on a very smart complex and was really conveniently located for exploring the island. The team at Villa Gran Canaria were really friendly and helpful and on hand if we ever needed anything. Would recommend staying here and would stay again!

Sehr zufrieden. Jeden Morgen gab es frische Brötchen, sehr aufmerksam und nett. Die ganze Unterkunft war komplett sauber und hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und es war kein Problem auch mal den ganzen Tag zu Hause zu verbringen. Manco: Nachbarn können in den Garten reinschauen.

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen. Alles war schön sauber, man hat alles was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation war super. Wir haben zu all unseren Fragen sofortige Antworten erhalten und auch sehr gute Informationen. Der Brötchen Service ist natürlich eine tolle Sache, sowie die Anlage selbst.

Nos alojamos en Diciembre 1 semana con nuestro perro. La villa es tranquila, súper limpia y con todo tipo de utensilios y facilidades. Todos los días nos dejaban el pan en la puerta. Hay un supermercado para cosas básicas a la entrada de la urbanización y es cómodo. La zona del jardín es muy bonita, en nuestro caso con césped artificial (entiendo que debido al perro) pero muy bien cuidado. Con una barbacoa, ducha y opción de climatizar el agua de la piscina (necesario si es diciembre, aunque fuera haga calor). En general un 10, amabilidad del personal incluida.
